Miranda Lambert JUST Helped This Local Dog Shelter!
If there are two things we know about Miranda Lambert, it's that she loves country music and she REALLY loves dogs.
And this time, some of that love is coming right here to Ohio. ❤️🐾
Miranda's MuttNation Foundation teamed up with Tractor Supply once again for its Mutts Across America program, surprising animal shelters across the country with a total of $255,000 in grants.
And Ohio's Grant Is Going to Speak for the Unspoken! 🐶One shelter or rescue in every state was chosen to receive a $5,000 grant, plus one additional "Wildcard" pick, a little nod to Miranda's Wildcard album.
And representing Ohio this year is Speak for the Unspoken!
The best part? They didn't know it was coming.
There's no application and no nomination process for Mutts Across America. MuttNation does the research and surprises organizations already doing incredible work for animals in their communities.
Miranda has said this is one of her favorite MuttNation programs because it gives them a chance to recognize the people doing the hard work at shelters and rescues every single day.
MuttNation and Tractor Supply have partnered since 2021, continuing Miranda's longtime mission to help shelter pets and the people working to give them better lives.
And we LOVE seeing an Ohio organization among those being recognized this year.
As huge animal lovers ourselves, we're always here for a country artist using their platform to do a little good, but it's even sweeter when some of that good lands right here at home. ❤️🐾
